Impounded for routine veterinary and analytical examination. The Veterinary Surgeon reported that the horse returned having bled. In terms of MRA Rule 92(3), it will not be permitted to canter or gallop on the main training tracks of any racecourse for a period of two months, and may not start in any race for a period of three months, and then only after having satisfactorily passed a bleeder¿s test.

Rider, when questioned, stated that his mount raced flat from the 600m. His explanation was noted. Impounded for routine veterinary and analytical examination. The Veterinary Surgeon reported no apparent abnormality.

After arriving at the barrier, the girth and the surcingle had to be replaced, after a request from the rider to adjust the saddle and it was established that both pieces of gear were too big.
Stood flat-footed as the start was effected and lost ground. Will be required to pass one starting stall test prior to being declared to race again in terms of MRA Rule 78(2).
Rider reported that the gelding had returned with its saddle having shifted sideways during the race and he had no control over his mount inside the final 200m. Trainer J Lim was warned for presenting the gelding with insecure gear and that a repetition in the future may lead to further action.
A subsequent veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormality.

S John, the rider of STAR BULLET, pleaded guilty to a charge of careless riding under MRA Rule 44(9)(a)(ii) in that near the 200m, he permitted his mount to shift outwards, whilst riding it along with the whip, to a point where he was insufficiently clear of CROWN GIFT (R Woodworth), resulting in that horse having to be checked. When deciding on penalty, the Stewards took into account his record, guilty plea and the degree of interference and carelessness. Jockey John was suspended from riding in races with effect from Saturday, 19 October 2019 to Friday, 01 November 2019 both dates inclusive (three Singapore Race Days) and was advised of his Right of Appeal.
This penalty will be served consecutively following the completion of his suspension from Monday, 07 October 2019 until Friday, 18 October 2019 both dates inclusive (three Singapore Race Days).
CS Chin, the rider of RED CLAW, pleaded guilty to a charge of careless riding under MRA Rule 44(9)(a)(ii) in that near the 50m, he permitted his mount to shift outwards abruptly into the rightful running of MY GOLD (M Zaki), which had to be checked. When deciding on penalty, the Stewards took into account his record, guilty plea and the degree of interference and carelessness. Jockey Chin was suspended from riding in races with effect from Monday, 07 October 2019 to Friday, 18 October 2019 both dates inclusive (three Singapore Race Days) and was advised of his Right of Appeal.
