Will be required to pass a 1000m gallop trial and veterinary examination prior to being declared to race again. MARINE TREASURE A subsequent veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormality. MCGREGOR Began awkwardly and made contact with REVOLUTION. SARAAB Course Scratching ¿ lame near-fore; veterinary examination required REVOLUTION Bumped on jumping. Shortly after, was tightened for room between NOWYOUSEE and EYE GUY, which shifted outwards abruptly. Rider, when questioned regarding the gelding performing below market expectation, stated that her mount raced flat throughout the race. Impounded for routine veterinary and analytical examination. The Veterinary Surgeon reported no apparent abnormality. EYE GUY Shifted outwards abruptly before being corrected by its rider. Rider was warned for permitting his mount to shift inwards passing the 900m when not fully clear of AUGUSTANO, which had to be steadied to avoid that horse heels. SACRED SHAM Course Scratching - maximum field App WH Kok, the rider of AUGUSTANO, in the presence of Trainer S Burridge, pleaded guilty to a charge of careless riding under MRA Rule 44(9)(a)(ii) in that near the 700m, he permitted his mount to shift outwards when not fully clear of MARINE TREASURE (J Powell) carrying that gelding onto NOWYOUSEE (S Noh) resulting in it having to be checked. On the matter of penalty, the Stewards set aside a decision until App WH Kok tender further submissions in respect of that which will be tendered on Monday, 02 September 2019.
