STIPE报告 RACING TALENT Rider, when questioned, stated that shortly after the start, his mount stumbled and then the gelding travelled well in a forward position until the 600m from which point the gelding failed to respond to his riding and gave ground in the homestraight. A subsequent veterinary examination was requested which revealed that the gelding returned lame off-fore and exhibited signs of respiratory distress after the race. Will be required to pass a 1000m gallop trial and veterinary examination prior to being declared to race again. IN BOCCA AL LUPO Got unbalanced when tightened for room between MUSCULAR SPRINTER, which was taken outwards by RACING TALENT, which had jumped awkwardly and then blundered. Was impounded for routine veterinary and analytical examination. The Veterinary Surgeon reported that the horse returned not striding out freely. Will be required to pass a 1000m gallop trial and veterinary examination prior to being declared to race again. MIRACLE WEI WEI Raced wide without cover. THOTH WARRIOR Raced wide without cover. Due to the objection in Race 4, this race was put back five minutes and rescheduled to start at 2025Hrs. I Saifudin, the rider of HALLELUJAH, pleaded guilty to a charge of careless riding under MRA Rule 44(9)(a)(ii) in that near the 150m whilst riding along with the whip he permitted his mount to shift inwards when insufficiently clear of IN BOCCA AL LUPO, which had to be checked. When deciding on penalty, the Stewards took into account his record, guilty plea and the degree of interference and carelessness and submission from Jockey Saifudin that he has been engaged to ride at the Singapore Turf Club Meetings on Friday, 09 November 2018 and Sunday, 11 November 2018. The Stewards determined to suspend his licence to ride in races and acting under MRA Rule 48(5), the commencement of the suspension was deferred to begin on Monday 12 November 2018 until Tuesday, 20 November 2018 both dates inclusive (three Singapore race days) and was advised of his Right of Appeal.
