STIPE报告 RACE 3 [TF0237] CLASS 3 1600M Upon being advised that he had been selected to provide a sample for analysis, App CC Wong advised that he had taken medication. As the Clubs Medical Officer was concerned that the medication consumed may contain a prohibited substance, App Wong was stood down from his riding engagements for the meeting. As there was no suitable claiming rider available, the Stewards gave permission for App I Amirul to replace App Wong on MURRAYFIELD. An Inquiry into this incident will be held at a date to be fixed. MURRAYFIELD, which was fractious and became cast was taken out and examined by the Veterinary Surgeon. Acting on veterinary advice, it was withdrawn by order of the Panel of Stewards at 1342Hrs. MURRAYFIELD will be required to pass one starting stall test and a veterinary examination prior to being declared to race again in terms of MRA Rule 78(2). At the start, PREDICTOR (D Beasley) jumped awkwardly outwards and brushed PARLIAMENT (N Juglall). Jockey Juglall, when questioned regarding the run of PARLIAMENT, stated that the gelding travelled well until approaching the 500m when PREDITOR improved to its outside. Thereafter, when placed under pressure, PARLIAMENT failed to respond to his riding and in his opinion was disappointing. His explanation was noted. A subsequent veterinary examination was requested on PARLIAMENT which revealed no apparent abnormality.
