DAVINCI (M Kellady) lost ground after beginning awkwardly.

MANGATOETOENUI (M Rodd) was slow into stride.

PREDITOR (J Powell) jumped awkwardly outwards and made contact with the
hindquarters of TALES OF SUMMER (G Mosse), which jumped inwards.

THE JEUNEYMAN (App CC Wong) and BILLY MOJO (App Z Zuriman) made
contact on jumping.

Shortly after the start, RUM N RAISINS (O Chavez) laid outwards and in so
doing, crowded LIMS ELUSIVE (V Duric) onto the hindquarters of MIGHTY
KENNY (N Juglall) with MIGHTY KENNY being turn inwards and further
crowding LIMS ELUSIVE, which lost ground.

Approaching the 1200m, RUM N RAISINS steadied to the inside of SHOW FAR
SHOW GOOD (App R Zawari), which shifted inwards.

Near the 900m, PREDITOR, which commenced to overrace, made contact
with THE JEUNEYMAN, which rolled outwards slightly. This resulted in
PREDITOR getting its head up, then shifting outwards with TALES OF
SUMMER having to be steadied.

EL CAMINO and QUEENS SEVEN (D David) both raced wide from the 600m.

Approaching the 400m, LIMS ELUSIVE shifted outwards making contact with
TALES OF SUMMER, which was inclined to lay outwards.

Over the concluding stages, DAVINCI eased when crowded between POP
GEMS (I Azhar) and EL CAMINO, which laid inwards.

After considering further submissions from Trainer D Kok regarding the
1000m gallop trial from the barrier and a veterinary examination imposed on
NOVA EAGLE (R Shafiq), the test was amended to a 1000m gallop trial and
veterinary examination prior to being declared to race again.

At the conclusion of an Inquiry on Sunday, 01 January 2017, Jockey J Powell,
the rider of LUCKY LINCOLN, pleaded guilty to a charge of careless riding
under MRA Rule 44(9)(a)(ii) in that whilst riding LUCKY LINCOLN in Race 10
at the Singapore Turf Club Meeting on Sunday, 06 November 2016, in that
near the 250m, he did permit his mount to shift inwards, when insufficiently
clear of LIKA TIGER (G Boss), which had to be checked. When deciding on
penalty, the Stewards took into account his record, guilty plea, the degree of
interference and carelessness and submissions from Jockey Powell that he
has been engaged to ride at the Singapore Race Meeting on Monday, 02
January 2017. The Stewards determined to suspend his licence to ride in
races and acting under MRA Rule 48(5), the commencement of the
suspension was deferred to begin on Tuesday, 03 January 2017 until Sunday,
08 January 2017 both dates inclusive (two Singapore Race Days). He was
advised of his Right of Appeal.

MRA Rule 44(9)(a)(ii) in that whilst riding DOHATSUTEN in Race 3 at the
Singapore Turf Club Meeting on Friday, 25 November 2016, near the 800m,
he allowed his mount to shift inwards, when insufficiently clear of DESERT
FOX (I Saifudin), resulting in that gelding having to be checked. When
deciding on penalty, the Stewards took into account his record, guilty plea
and the degree of interference and carelessness. Jockey David was
suspended from riding in races with effect from Monday, 02 January 2017 to
Friday, 06 January 2017 both dates inclusive (two Singapore Race Days) and
was advised of his Right of Appeal.

At the conclusion of an Inquiry on Sunday, 01 January 2017, Jockey N
Juglall, the rider of SILVER POWER, pleaded guilty to a charge of careless
riding under MRA Rule 44(9)(a)(ii) in that whilst riding SILVER POWER in
Race 9 at the Singapore Turf Club Meeting on Friday, 25 November 2016, in
that approaching the 400m, he permitted his mount to shift outwards,
resulting in CAVATINA (R Woodworth) being crowded for room and having to
be checked. When deciding on penalty, the Stewards took into account his
record, guilty plea, the degree of interference and carelessness and
submissions from Jockey Juglall that he has been engaged to ride at the
Singapore Race Meetings on Monday, 02 January 2017, Friday, 06 January
2017 and Sunday, 08 January 2017. The Stewards determined to suspend
his licence to ride in races and acting under MRA Rule 48(5), the
commencement of the suspension was deferred to begin on Monday, 09
January 2017 until Sunday, 15 January 2017 both dates inclusive (two
Singapore Race Days). He was advised of his Right of Appeal.

Club Meeting on Sunday, 27 November 2016, near the 350m, he allowed his
mount to shift inwards, when insufficiently clear of CLUTHA LAD (App CK
Ng), resulting in that gelding having to be checked. When deciding on
penalty, the Stewards took into account his record, guilty plea and the
degree of interference and carelessness. App Amirul was suspended from
riding in races with immediate effect from Tuesday, 27 December 2016 to
Monday, 02 January 2017 both dates inclusive (two Singapore Race Days)
and was advised of his Right of Appeal.

REPORT FROM THE HEAD VETERINARY SURGEON ON TUESDAY,
20 DECEMBER 2016 THAT SUPER WINNER FROM TRAINER T KIESERS
STABLES HAD NOT BEEN VACCINATED AS REQUIRED IN TERMS OF
MRA REGULATION 20.1

Trainer T Kieser was fined a sum of S$1,000 under MRA Regulation 20.6 by
failing to ensure that the Vaccinations were current for SUPER WINNER
(N616) as required under MRA Regulation 20.1.
