RACE 9 (R1213) CLASS 5 1100M (SHORT COURSE B)

stride out. After doing so, the Stewards were satisfied that it was a fair start and that the
gelding just refused to jump. BIG GALLANT will be required to pass a 1000M/vet (from
the starting stall) test before being declared to race again.
Approaching the 1000M, WILL BE BETTER (App AK Lim) rolled in momentarily and
inconvenienced TESSERACT (Lou Ho).
Approaching the 150M, SAGARS EXPRESS (App KC Tham) rolled inwards resulting in
TESSERACT having to be eased off that geldings heels.

settle, as it usually raced back in the field. He further stated that he rode KING
FAALCON early and at the 800M, used the whip, but the gelding was not traveling well
and did not respond and got back when the pace quickened. He also stated that he
commenced to ride forward from the 500M and that KING FAALCON again failed to
respond to his riding and laid in in the straight and as a consequence, had to be steadied at
