STIPE报告
RACE 9 [TF0861]
CLASS 4 SC (A) 1400M

Permission was granted for Jockey N Juglall to ride MAREA NEGRO 1kg
overweight. Jockey Juglall was subsequently fined a sum of S$200 for
negligence in terms of MRA Rule 152(5)(a) .

INVINCIBLE MAN (S John) lost ground after beginning extremely awkwardly.

MCGREGOR (App K Toh) was slow to begin.

REDDOT RISING (V Duric) was crowded on jumping between MAREA NEGRO,
which jumped inwards and KAI POWER (App R Zawari), which jumped
outwards.

Approaching the 1200m, GREAT BALLS OFFIRE (App R Firdhaus) steadied
when racing tight between LIMS ACTION (D Beasley) and TERMS OF
REFERENCE (B Vorster), which shifted inwards.

MCGREGOR and INVINCIBLE MAN both raced wide throughout.

Approaching the 600m, HONGCHEN (App WS Chan) steadied when racing
tight between MINGS MAN (A Munro) and TOTALITY (App R Sazali), which
laid inwards.

GREAT BALLS OFFIRE had difficulty obtaining clear running between the
400m and the 200m.

Near the 400m, TERMS OF REFERENCE eased when crowded between MINGS
MAN, which shifted outwards and HONGCHEN, which shifted inwards.

Near the 300m, TOTALITY was buffeted for a short distance between
REDDOT RISING, which rolled outwards and MCGEGOR, which was turned
inwards after being bumped on the hindquarters by TOTALITY.

INVINCIBLE MAN, which raced poorly, will be required to pass a 1000m
gallop trial and veterinary examination prior to being declared to race again.

A subsequent veterinary examination was requested on LIMS ACTION which
revealed that the horse returned with a cut on its near-hind coronary band.

A subsequent veterinary examination was requested on REDDOT RISING
which revealed no apparent abnormality.

SUNDAY, 19 JUNE 2016:

RACE 3 [TF0789]

At the conclusion of an Inquiry on Friday, 08 July 2016, Jockey K Fujii, the
rider of BRILLIANT DEAL, pleaded guilty to a charge under MRA Rule
44(9)(a)(ii) in that whilst riding BRILLIANT DEAL in Race 3 at the Singapore
Turf Club Meeting on Sunday, 19 June 2016, near the 1000m, he allowed his
mount to shift inwards, when insufficiently clear, thereby resulting in
TWICKENHAM (App I Amirul) being crowded and having to check. When
deciding on penalty, the Stewards took into account his record, guilty plea,
the degree of interference and carelessness and submissions from Jockey
Fujii that he has been engaged to ride at the Singapore Race Meetings on
Friday, 08 July 2016, Sunday, 10 July 2016, Friday, 15 July 2016 and
Sunday, 17 July 2016. The Stewards determined to suspend his licence to
ride in races and acting under MRA Rule 48(5), the commencement of the
suspension was deferred to begin on Monday, 18 July 2016 until Sunday, 24
July 2016 both dates inclusive (two Singapore Race Days). He was advised
of his Right of Appeal.

SINGAPORE JUNE MEETING 2016
SUNDAY, 26 JUNE 2016:

RACE 2 [TF0824]

On Friday, 08 July 2016, the Stewards concluded an Inquiry into the reasons
for NOVA POWER (App Y Salim) and MR NO PROBLEM (App WS Chan) both
having to check when racing between NOBLE CRAFTSMAN (App CS Chin) and
NEOS CLASSIC (N Juglall) shortly after the start. It was established that
shortly after the start, NOVA POWER and MR NO PROBLEM, which were
racing tightly and shifting outwards, were both checked when crowded for
room between NOBLE CRAFTSMAN and NEOS CLASSIC, which shifted
inwards. As a result of the crowding, MR NO PROBLEM bumped the
hindquarters of NOBLE CRAFTSMAN, unbalancing that gelding. In the
circumstances, no blame could be attributed to any rider and as such, no
further action was taken.

RACE 3 [TF0825]

On Friday, 08 July 2016, the Stewards concluded an Inquiry into the reasons
for TOP NOTE (App CK Ng) having to check when racing between VERTICAL
START (B Vorster) and ALAN (App R Rueven) near the 1100m. It was
established that near the 1100m, TOP NOTE had to be checked when
crowded between VERTICAL START, which was being steadied outwards to
avoid the heels of COURT CASE (R Shafiq), which rolled outwards and ALAN,
which shifted inwards when proving difficult to settle and having a tendency
to shift inwards and away from OCEAN GENERAL (TH Koh) when that gelding
improved to its outside and shifted inwards. In the circumstances, no blame
could be attributed to any rider and as such, no further action was taken.
