GUILTLESS (App H Syafiq) jumped away awkwardly.
GOOD SCORE (M Zaki) and CASSIS OOLONG (N Juglall) bumped on jumping.
SATELLITE STAR (App M Khalid) was slow to begin.
FOLLOW THE KING (M Ewe) dipped on jumping.
ALWAYS A WINNER (V Duric) jumped awkwardly inwards bumping OASIS
SPUR (K AIsisuhairi) in onto SUPER EIGHT (O Chavez).
FOLLOW THE KING hung outwards badly from the 600m.
Passing the 300m, SUPER EIGHT checked when racing between SO SIMPLE
(R Woodworth) and BONJOUR BOB (I Saifudin). An Inquiry into this incident
will be held at a date to be fixed.
Approaching the 200m, SATELLITE STAR had to be checked inwards away
from the heels of GOOD SCORE, which was giving ground quickly. Shortly
after, SO SIMPLE had to be checked outwards away from the heels of GOOD
SCORE and in so doing, bumped SUPER EIGHT, which also had to be checked
Over the final 100m, CASSIS OOLONG was hampered and carried inwards by
GUILTLESS, which shifted inwards under pressure. App H Syafiq was
subsequently shown the film of the incident and warned to exercise greater
care when shifting ground in future.
