minutes and rescheduled to start at 2300Hrs.

ZIPPY GENERAL (K AIsisuhairi) jumped away awkwardly and made contact
with the hindquarters of METAPHOR (App K Toh).

IN BOCCA AL LUPO (K Fujii) and LADY LIBERTY (App CC Wong) bumped on

DRAGON HIGHNESS will be required to pass a 1000m gallop trial and

At the conclusion of an Inquiry on Friday, 05 February 2016, Jockey CW
Brown, the rider of STOCK BROKER, pleaded guilty to a charge of careless
riding under MRA Rule 44(9)(a)(ii) in that whilst riding STOCK BROKER in
Race 4 at the Singapore Turf Club Meeting on Friday, 29 January 2016, near

SINGAPORE JANUARY MEETING 2016
SUNDAY, 31 JANUARY 2016:

RACE 5 [TF0157]

On Monday, 01 February 2016, the Stewards concluded an Inquiry into a
report from the Clerk of Scales that App T See, the rider of HAPPY SAGA,
returned to scale 1.0kg over the declared weight that he weighed out for the
above race. App T See pleaded guilty to a charge under MRA Rule 121(7) in
that after riding HAPPY SAGA in Race 1 at the Singapore Turf Club Meeting
on Sunday, 31 January 2016, he returned to scale 1.0kg in excess of the
declared weight that he weighed out for the race. There was no evidence to
suggest that App T See had or attempted to deceive the Clerk of Scales when
weighing. However, App T See had admitted consuming some fluid after he
weighed out for the race and that this may have contributed to him returning
overweight. When considering penalty, the Stewards took into account the
nature of the charge, guilty plea, his record and submissions from App T See
that he has been engaged to ride at the Singapore Race Meeting on Friday,
05 February 2016. The Stewards determined to suspend his licence to ride
in races and acting under MRA Rule 48(5), the commencement of the
suspension was deferred to begin on Saturday, 06 February 2016 until
Sunday, 14 February 2016 both dates inclusive (three Singapore Race
Days). He was advised of his Right of Appeal.
