STIPE报告 RACE 4 (R1258) HORSES ALMIGHTY STAKES  1200M (lc) PISCES STAR, a course scratching as it had colic, will be required to pass a veterinary examination before being declared to race again. Emergency acceptor IWA ANTILIA was withdrawn due to a capacity field. LUXURIOUS CHOICE was withdrawn by order of the Stewards at 12.50pm, as the geldings status for Equine Influenza/EHV vaccination had expired. Trainer Evelyn Seet was fined RM1,000/= in terms of MRA Regulation 20.3.1 as read with MRA Regulation 20.6. The start of this race was delayed for ten (10) minutes to commence at 2.45pm. STAR QUALITY (App J Daniel) which was fractious in the stall, reared up and got cast over the barrier partition. STAR QUALITY was taken out for veterinary examination. Acting on veterinary advice, the Stewards ordered the withdrawal of STAR QUALITY at 2.47pm and the gelding will be required to pass a test (1 starting stall) before being declared to race again. This race was run in steady rain. Post-race veterinary examinations of BEAUTIFUL CHOICE (S Thai Yang), SUPER CROWN (App KC Wong) and NICEONE (CK Tan) revealed no obvious abnormality. SUPER CROWN was impounded. All riders returned on an average of 1.5kg over. After the running of this race, a representation of Jockeys lodged a protest regarding the state of the track and visibility due to the adverse weather condition. After hearing the submissions from representatives of Jockeys, Trainers and the Track Manager, the Racing Stewards after deliberation, acceded to their request and abandoned the remainder of races as they deemed the track to be unsafe. GENERAL REPORT The Ipoh Racing Stewards considered the API reading on the haze taken today (24th October 2015) at 9.45am. After hearing submissions from Acting Chief Stipendiary Steward, Trainer Stephen Cook and Dr. Alistair Murdoch, they considered the API reading within the acceptable range suitable for the race meeting to proceed. This situation will be monitored on an hourly basis throughout the remainder of the day. RACE 7 (R1261) CLASS 4  1200m (sc)  RETURN TO ACTION HANDICAP POWER WIND, a course scratching as it had respiratory allergy, will be required to pass a veterinary examination before being declared to race again.
