RACE 2 (R372) Class 5 1200M (Short Course B)

SEA MASTER (App S Zulfikri) was examined behind the barrier at the request of the rider.
Acting on veterinary advice that SEA MASTER was lame off fore, the Stewards ordered the
withdrawal of the gelding at 2:10pm. The gelding will be required to pass a 1000M/vet test
before being declared to race again.

The start was delayed for several minutes when KOBE TOP GUN (Y Aify) proved difficult to
be loaded into the barrier. Trainer PS Kumaran informed the Stewards that the stable has been
practicing with the gelding most mornings and will continue to do so. He was advised that the
Stewards placed a warning on KOBE TOP GUN to improve its barrier manners, failing this
action may be taken against the gelding.

UNME (App P Haris) was slow to begin and was caught racing 3 wide in the early stages of
the event.

Upon jumping, PENLORA (S Salee) and MISS THOUSAND (HS Gill) bumped. As a result
of this incident, PENLORA shifted inwards resulting in BILLY BOY (App R Fakruddin) and
BLAZING DRAGON (Lou Ho) having to be checked by their riders. Jockey S Salee was
shown the film and reminded of his obligation to exercise greater care when shifting ground
under similar circumstances in future.

Shortly after the start, BLAZING DRAGON (Lou Ho) had to be checked as a result of
PENLORA (S Salee) shifting inwards.

Shortly after entering the front straight, SUPER EIGHTYTHREE (App AM Aizat) shifted
outwards resulting in BILLY BOY (App R Fakruddin) being taken wider on the track.

Following the event, Jockey M Wepner, the rider of ROCK AND STONE, reported that his
saddle slipped backwards during running.
