CLASS 4 1200M


TAVAN BOGD (App K AIsisuhairi) and FRAGRANCE EMPIRE (M Ewe) were
both slow into stride.

ARATIATIA (App R Rueven) was crowded on jumping between GYPSY MAGIC
(L Allpress) and PURE WHITE (M Zaki), which jumped awkwardly outwards.

Near the 1000m, ARATIATIA eased off the heels of PURE TACTICS (O
Chavez), which shifted inwards.

Jockey D Beasley reported that PITSTOP was not striding out freely. A
subsequent veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormality.
PITSTOP, which raced poorly, will be required to pass a 1000m gallop trial
and veterinary examination prior to being declared to race again.

App AIsisuhairi reported that TAVAN BOGD was not striding out freely. A
subsequent veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormality.

INQUIRY RELATING TO THE CONDUCT OF SYCE MR MUHAMMAD
SUHAIRI BIN MASHUARY FROM TRAINER T KIESERS STABLES AFTER
HE PRESENTED HIMSELF FOR WORK DUTIES AT THE STABLES ON
MONDAY, 10 FEBRUARY 2014

At the conclusion of an Inquiry on Wednesday, 11 June 2014, Mr Muhammad
Suhairi Bin Mashuary, a licensed Syce from Trainer T Kiesers Stables,
pleaded guilty to a charge under MRA Rule of Racing 152(5)(a) in that he
did, on his own admission, negligently consume an excessive amount of
Romilar tablets prior to presenting himself for work duties at Trainer Kiesers
Stables on Monday, 10 February 2014, when not in a fit state to do so.
When deciding on penalty, the Stewards took into account his guilty plea, the
nature of the charge and also that he had been stood down from working at
the Singapore Turf Club from Tuesday, 11 February 2014. Mr Muhammad
Suhairi Bin Mashuary was suspended for a period of six months with effect
from Tuesday, 11 February 2014 to Sunday, 10 August 2014 both dates
inclusive. He was advised of his Right of Appeal.


SINGAPORE APRIL MEETING 2014
FRIDAY, 25 APRIL 2014:

RACE 1 [TF569]

At the conclusion of an Inquiry on Tuesday, 10 June 2014, App T Rehaizat,
the rider of GOLD LINE, in the presence of his Masters B Trainer,
Mr KY Young, pleaded guilty to two charges of careless riding under MRA
Rule 44(9)(a)(ii). The particulars of each charge were:

.1 in that whilst riding GOLD LINE in Race 1 at the Singapore Turf
Club Meeting on Friday, 25 April 2014, near the 1000m, he
allowed his mount to shift inwards, when insufficiently clear,
thereby crowding CELESTIAL STAR (M Nunes), which checked
and lost ground; and

.2 in that whilst riding GOLD LINE in Race 1 at the Singapore Turf
Club Meeting on Friday, 25 April 2014, near the 800m, he
allowed his mount to shift inwards, when insufficiently clear,
thereby crowding STARSTRUCK (App Z Zuriman) onto OUR
RIVER DANCER (B Vorster) and PEREGRINE FALCON (BN
Shahrul), resulting in OUR RIVER DANCER having to check and
lose ground.

When deciding on penalty, the Stewards took into account his record, guilty
plea, the degree of interference and carelessness and submissions from App
Rehaizat that he has been engaged to ride at the Singapore Race Meetings
on Friday, 13 June 2014 and Sunday, 15 June 2014.

The Stewards determined to suspend his licence to ride in races and acting
under MRA Rule 48(5), the commencement of the suspension on the first
charge was deferred to begin on Monday, 16 June 2014 to Sunday,
22 June 2014 both dates inclusive (two Race Days).

On the second charge, App Rehaizat was suspended from riding in races from
Monday, 23 June 2014 to Sunday, 29 June 2014 both dates inclusive (three
Race Days).

As such, these two penalties will be served consecutively. He was advised of
his Right of Appeal.


RACE 9 [TF603]

At the conclusion of an Inquiry on Tuesday, 10 June 2014, App R Shafiq, the
rider of SUI GENERIS, in the presence of his Master, Trainer M Walker,
pleaded guilty to a charge of careless riding under MRA Rule 44(9)(a)(ii) in
that whilst riding SUI GENERIS in Race 9 at the Singapore Turf Club Meeting
on Sunday, 27 April 2014, near the 1200m, he allowed his mount to shift
inwards, when insufficiently clear, thereby carrying FAT KIDDY (M Ewe) in
onto DEAUVILLE (J Powell), which in turn crowded BEAT TO QUARTERS (B
Vorster), which checked and lost ground. When deciding on penalty, the
Stewards took into account his record, guilty plea, the degree of interference
and carelessness and submissions from App Shafiq that he has been engaged
to ride at the Singapore Race Meetings on Friday, 13 June 2014 and Sunday,
15 June 2014. The Stewards determined to suspend his licence to ride in
races and acting under MRA Rule 48(5), the commencement of the
suspension was deferred to begin on Monday, 16 June 2014 until Sunday, 22
June 2014 both dates inclusive (two Race Days). He was advised of his Right
of Appeal.

FRIDAY, 16 MAY 2014:

RACE 4 [TF669]

At the conclusion of an Inquiry on Tuesday, 10 June 2014, App WS Chan, the
rider of CAPTAIN KIRK, in the presence of his Master, Trainer L Khoo,
pleaded guilty to a charge of careless riding under MRA Rule 44(9)(a)(ii) in
that whilst riding CAPTAIN KIRK in Race 4 at the Singapore Turf Club Meeting
on Friday, 16 May 2014, near the 800m, he made insufficient effort to
straighten his mount, thereby crowding GOLDEN RABBIT (CW Brown) in onto
GOLDEN MISSION (I Santana) and WAR LORD (B Vorster) with GOLDEN
MISSION having to check and lose ground. When deciding on penalty, the
Stewards took into account his record, guilty plea, the degree of interference
and carelessness and submissions from App Chan that he has been engaged
to ride at the Singapore Race Meeting on Sunday, 15 June 2014. The
Stewards determined to suspend his licence to ride in races and acting under
MRA Rule 48(5), the commencement of the suspension was deferred to begin
on Monday, 16 June 2014 until Sunday, 22 June 2014 both dates inclusive
(two Race Days). He was advised of his Right of Appeal.


RACE 6 [TF671]

At the conclusion of an Inquiry on Tuesday, 10 June 2014, App Z Zuriman,
the rider of DAADS THE WAY, in the presence of his Master, Trainer B Marsh,
pleaded guilty to a charge of careless riding under MRA Rule 44(9)(a)(ii) in
that whilst riding DAADS THE WAY in Race 6 at the Singapore Turf Club
Meeting on Friday, 16 May 2014, near the 300m, he shifted his mount
outwards, when insufficiently clear, thereby crowding PHANTOM KNIGHT (I
Santana) onto WHATS DAT (A Munro), resulting in PHANTOM KNIGHT
checking and losing ground. When deciding on penalty, the Stewards took
into account his record, guilty plea and the degree of interference and
carelessness. App Zuriman was suspended from riding in races with effect
from Sunday, 15 June 2014 to Friday, 20 June 2014 both dates inclusive
(two Race Days) and was advised of his Right of Appeal.

This penalty will be served consecutively following the completion of his
suspension for careless riding from Tuesday, 10 June 2014 until Saturday, 14
June 2014 both dates inclusive (two Race Days).

rider of LUCKY EIGHTY EIGHT, in the presence of his Master, Trainer M
Freedman, pleaded guilty to a charge of careless riding under MRA Rule
44(9)(a)(ii) in that whilst riding LUCKY EIGHTY EIGHT in Race 1 at the
Singapore Turf Club Meeting on Friday, 30 May 2014, over the final 100m, he
made insufficient effort to straighten his mount, thereby crowding VON
SNITZEL (CW Brown) onto KING OF KOON (App WS Chan) and DANNY (M
Nunes) over the concluding stages with VON SNITZEL having to check.
When deciding on penalty, the Stewards took into account his record, guilty
plea, the degree of interference and carelessness and submissions from App
Noh that he has been engaged to ride at the Singapore Race Meetings on
Friday, 13 June 2014 and Sunday, 15 June 2014. The Stewards determined
to suspend his licence to ride in races and acting under MRA Rule 48(5), the
commencement of the suspension was deferred to begin on Monday, 16 June
2014 until Friday, 27 June 2014 both dates inclusive (three Race Days). He
was advised of his Right of Appeal.

At the conclusion of an Inquiry on Tuesday, 10 June 2014, App TR Barnabas,
the rider of RAPTURE, in the presence of his Master, Trainer S Lam, pleaded
guilty to a charge of careless riding under MRA Rule 44(9)(a)(ii) in that whilst
riding RAPTURE in Race 8 at the Singapore Turf Club Meeting on Friday, 30
May 2014, near the 300m, he allowed his mount to shift outwards, thereby
crowding GYPSY STAR (O Chavez), which checked and lost ground. When
deciding on penalty, the Stewards took into account his record, guilty plea
and the degree of interference and carelessness. App TR Barnabas was
suspended from riding in races with immediate effect from Tuesday, 10 June
2014 to Saturday, 14 June 2014 both dates inclusive (two Race Days) and
was advised of his Right of Appeal.

insufficiently clear, thereby carrying BROTHER BAY (D Beasley) in onto JUST
NAME IT (A Munro), which crowded GRAND PARIS (D Flores), which checked
and lost ground. When deciding on penalty, the Stewards took into account
his record, guilty plea, the degree of interference and carelessness and
submissions from App Syafiq that he has been engaged to ride at the
Singapore Race Meeting on Friday, 13 June 2014. The Stewards determined
to suspend his licence to ride in races and acting under MRA Rule 48(5), the
commencement of the suspension was deferred to begin on Saturday, 14
June 2014 until Sunday, 15 June 2014 both dates inclusive (two Race Days).
He was advised of his Right of Appeal.


RACE 7 [TF787]

At the conclusion of an Inquiry on Tuesday, 10 June 2014, App Z Zuriman,
the rider of PURE RABID, in the presence of his Master, Trainer B Marsh,
pleaded guilty to a charge of careless riding under MRA Rule 44(9)(a)(ii) in
that whilst riding PURE RABID in Race 7 at the Singapore Turf Club Meeting
on Sunday, 08 June 2014, near the 1700m, he made insufficient effort to
straighten his mount, thereby shifting into the rightful running of DOMENICO
(B Vorster), which checked and lost ground. When deciding on penalty, the
Stewards took into account his record, guilty plea and the degree of
interference and carelessness. App Zuriman was suspended from riding in
races with immediate effect from Tuesday, 10 June 2014 to Saturday, 14
June 2014 both dates inclusive (two Race Days) and was advised of his Right
of Appeal.
