STIPE报告 RACE 11 [TF1286] CLASS 4 LC (C) 1600M Prior to the running of Race 11, Trainer S Gray advised the Stewards that his instructions to Jockey L Allpress, the rider of MALS DAD, if circumstances permit, to ride in a rearward position. BLUE LION (J Powell) jumped awkwardly outwards and carried LITTLE BUT FIERCE (App R Hasri) out onto the heels of MALS DAD. AFFIRMATION (App LQ Kek), WARRIOR (App TH Koh) and MR ARMSTRONG (M Nunes) were all crowded on jumping between SMART IDEA (CW Brown), which jumped inwards and MAGNIFICENT KID (I Saifudin), which jumped outwards. MAGNIFICENT KID was difficult to settle in the early stages. Approaching the 1400m, MR ARMSTRONG was obliged to race tight for a short distance between LION BAROWS (App R Shafiq) and SMART IDEA, which shifted inwards. WARRIOR, which raced keenly in the middle stages, had to be steadied off the heels of LION BAROWS. BLUE LION was held up and unable to improve from the 500m until passing the 400m. GENERAL SINGAPORE SEPTEMBER MEETING 2013 FRIDAY, 27 SEPTEMBER 2013: RACE 4 [TF1254] At the conclusion of an Inquiry on Sunday, 29 September 2013, Jockey G Cheyne, the rider of DORAEMON, pleaded guilty to a charge of careless riding under MRA Rule 44(9)(a)(ii) in that whilst riding DORAEMON in Race 4 at the Singapore Turf Club Meeting on Friday, 27 September 2013, near the 800m, he allowed his mount to shift inwards, when insufficiently clear, thereby resulting in HAPPY RAINBOW (M Nunes) having to be checked. When deciding on penalty, the Stewards took into account his record, guilty plea and the degree of interference and carelessness. Jockey Cheyne was suspended from riding in races with effect from Monday, 30 September 2013 to Sunday, 06 October 2013 both dates inclusive (two Singapore Race Days) and was advised of his Right of Appeal.
