Trainer D Koh was fined a sum of S$50 in terms of MRA Rule 65(5)(b) for
failing to produce the correct colours on ACE ARMANDO (R Woodworth).

HONEST (App JL Li) was slow to begin.

MALINGISA (App YY Oon) and HUMOR TOWN (O Chavez) bumped on
jumping.

PROBO CHANDROSO (S Anandan) raced wide without cover throughout.

THE CARDINAL (App R Shafiq) had difficulty obtaining a completely clear run
in the straight.

Approaching the 300m, ZAC STAR DESTROYER (M Zaki) steadied when
racing between ZAFONIC STAR (B Vorster) and FOREIGN EXCHANGE (D
Beasley), which shifted outwards.

Jockey O Placais, when questioned regarding the performance of RAVOUX,
stated that the gelding was reluctant to stride out when racing between
runners and failed to respond when placed under pressure. His explanation
was noted. RAVOUX was impounded for routine veterinary and analytical
examination. The Veterinary Surgeon reported no apparent abnormality.

IMPOUND SAMPLES: FRIDAY
SINGAPORE 16 SEPTEMBER MEETING 2011

On Wednesday, 28 December 2011, the Stewards acceded to Trainer Tan's
request to clear TIEN CHAI's for racing subject to the submission of a
subsequent urine sample being free of any prohibited substance. The SNTC
Laboratory subsequently reported that a sample submitted to clear TIEN
CHAI for racing was analysed and clear of any prohibited substances. As
such, TIEN CHAI was cleared for racing.


POST-RACE JOCKEYS URINE: SUNDAY & FRIDAY
SINGAPORE 06 & 25 NOVEMBER MEETING 2011

2 coded urine samples from the race meeting on Sunday, 06 November 2011
and 3 coded urine samples from the race meeting on Friday,
25 November 2011 Friday were received for analysis under the MRA Rules
and Regulations.

All samples were analysed and none failed except for Sample No. J-2715
which revealed the presence of Lidocaine and upon decoding, was found to
have been taken from Jockey E Aslam on Sunday, 06 November 2011 and
Sample No. J-2727 which revealed the presence of Lidocaine and upon
decoding, was found to have been taken from Jockey E Aslam on Friday, 25
November 2011.

At the conclusion of an Inquiry on Wednesday, 04 January 2012, Jockey
Aslam pleaded guilty to two charges under MRA Rule of Racing 152(5)(a) in
that:

.1 Sample No. J-2715 provided by himself when he rode at the
Singapore Turf Club Meeting on Sunday, 06 November 2011
was found to contain Lidocaine, a prohibited substance as
defined under the MRA Rules of Racing; and

.2 Sample No. J-2727 provided by himself when he presented
himself to fulfil his engagements at the Singapore Turf Club
Meeting on Friday, 25 November 2011 was found to contain
Lidocaine, a prohibited substance as defined under the MRA
Rules of Racing.

On the first charge, Jockey Aslam was suspended from riding in races for a
period of six weeks.

On the second charge, Jockey Aslam was suspended from riding in races for
a period of six weeks.

As Jockey Aslam had subsequently supplied a sample on Friday, 16
December 2011 which upon analysis, was clear of any prohibited substance,
he was clear to resume riding trackwork forthwith.

These two penalties will be served concurrently. As such, Jockey Aslam was
suspended from riding in races from Friday, 25 November 2011 to Friday,
06 January 2012. He was advised of his Right of Appeal.


POST RACE URINE/BLOOD: FRIDAY
SINGAPORE 25 NOVEMBER MEETING 2011

On Saturday, 10 December 2011, Trainer L Laxon and Trainer M Clements
both exercised their rights to have PROFOUND's Referee Sample and
SECARA's Referee Sample sent overseas for independent analysis.

On Monday, 12 December 2011, the Stewards acceded to Trainer Laxon's
request to clear PROFOUND for racing subject to the submission of a
subsequent urine sample being free of any prohibited substance. The SNTC
Laboratory subsequently reported that a sample submitted to clear
PROFOUND for racing was analysed and clear of any prohibited substances.
As such, PROFOUND was cleared for racing.

On Friday, 23 December 2011, the Stewards acceded to Trainer Clements'
request to clear SECARA for racing subject to the submission of a
subsequent urine sample being free of any prohibited substance. The SNTC
Laboratory subsequently reported that a sample submitted to clear SECARA
for racing was analysed and clear of any prohibited substances. As such,
SECARA was cleared for racing.

The Inquiries into the pending matter, which is subject to the analysis of the
Referee Samples, will be held at a date to be fixed.


POST RACE URINE/BLOOD: FRIDAY
SINGAPORE 02 DECEMBER MEETING 2011

RACE 9 [TF1619] : STEVEN

On Friday, 16 December 2011, Trainer L Laxon exercised his right to have
STEVEN's Referee Sample sent overseas for independent analysis.

On Monday, 19 December 2011, the Stewards acceded to Trainer Laxon's
request to clear STEVEN for racing subject to the submission of a
subsequent urine sample being free of any prohibited substance. The SNTC
Laboratory subsequently reported that a sample submitted to clear STEVEN
for racing was analysed and clear of any prohibited substances. As such,
STEVEN was cleared for racing.

The Inquiry into the pending matter, which is subject to the analysis of the
Referee Sample, will be held at a date to be fixed.

SINGAPORE 04 DECEMBER MEETING 2011

RACE 2 [TF1638] : FULL SITE

On Saturday, 17 December 2011, Trainer M Clements subsequently exercised
his right to have FULL SITE's Referee Sample sent overseas for independent
analysis.

On Friday, 23 December 2011, the Stewards acceded to Trainer Clements'
request to clear FULL SITE for racing subject to the submission of a
subsequent urine sample being free of any prohibited substance. The SNTC
Laboratory subsequently reported that a sample submitted to clear FULL
SITE for racing was analysed and clear of any prohibited substances. As
such, FULL SITE was cleared for racing.

The Inquiry into the pending matter, which is subject to the analysis of the
Referee Sample, will be held at a date to be fixed.

26 coded urine and 27 coded blood samples from the above-mentioned race
meeting were received for analysis under the MRA Rules and Regulations.

33 coded urine and 33 coded blood samples from the above-mentioned race
meeting were received for analysis under the MRA Rules and Regulations.

All samples were analysed and none failed except for Sample Coded No
0038633 which revealed the presence of Scopolamine and which was
reported to have been taken from the horse, RAPID REWARDS, trained by
Trainer D Dragon, which ran second in Race 9 on the above date.

On Wednesday, 28 December 2011, Trainer Dragon was advised of the
Analysts Report and his attention was drawn to the contents of MRA Rule
137 (1) relating to the Referee Samples. In terms of the Rules, RAPID
REWARDS could not race again until cleared by the Stewards.

Trainer Dragon subsequently exercised his right to have RAPID REWARDS'
Referee Sample sent overseas for independent analysis.

The Inquiry into the pending matter, which is subject to the analysis of the
Referee Sample, will be held at a date to be fixed.

On Tuesday, 27 December 2011, the Race Meeting Stewards acceded to a
request from Jockey V Sivan, the rider of BM WIN, to withdraw his Appeal
against the decision of the Stipendiary Stewards and the penalty imposed on
him. His deposit was forfeited.

The Race Meeting Stewards have determined that the suspension from riding
in races will therefore be with effect from Tuesday, 27 December 2011 and
will run until Saturday, 07 January 2012 both dates inclusive during which
there are four Race Days.
