STIPE报告 RACE 5 [TF1083] CLASS 4 1600M YES WE CAN (D Beasley) was difficult to be loaded. In view of its previous record and as YES WE CAN is a repeat offender, it will be barred from racing or entering for a test trial for a period of fourteen days, after which it must pass two consecutive starting stall tests. SKY LORD (I Saifudin), which was difficult to be loaded, will be required to pass one starting stall test prior to being declared to race again in terms of MRA Rule 78(2). SKY LORD and SOCIAL NETWORK (O Chavez) both began awkwardly. TAKIS (B Vorster) and VAYA CONDIOS (V Duric) bumped on jumping. Passing the 1500m, SOCIAL NETWORK, which was racing keenly, steadied off the heels of BORN TO FLY (S John), which shifted inwards slightly. Near the 1000m, VOLPISTA (O Placais), which was racing keenly, had to be shifted outwards to avoid the heels of STRIDE METEOR (J Moreira). VAYA CONDIOS laid inwards under pressure in the straight. Jockey Beasley, the rider of YES WE CAN, was reminded of his obligations to ride all his mounts out fully to the Finish. Jockey Moreira, when questioned regarding the disappointing performance of STRIDE METEOR, stated that the gelding travelled well in the early and middle stages. But when the tempo of the event increased from the 800m, STRIDE METEOR failed to quicken and disappointed. His explanation was noted. STRIDE METEOR was impounded for routine veterinary and analytical examination. The Veterinary Surgeon reported no apparent abnormality.
